Perfect for 2sc2904, 2sc2879, MRF450 MRF458 or other power transistors. The leads are in an open state when cool. When reaching a preset temperature, the leads have zero resistance continuity. I’m pretty sure the 50M and 90M designation is for the temperature in Celsius at which the switch makes continuity.
