comes with guitar hero 3 and call of duty modern warfare 3, has the power adapter and 2 controllers, i just booted up the xbox and verified that the console works and the controllers work and the game plays, also comes with a nyko charge station for 2 wireless 360 controller battery packs. see the pictures. i don't know if the batteries charge well or anything i'm just throwing it in
