I tested the operation with a 24 volt 1.5 amp power supply. The printer would only print the gray strip that you see in the photo. It fed labels nice smooth when I tried to print the parameters. Fed about 6 labels with no print on them. I know that a Zebra print would behave like this when you use an underpowered power adapter. I hope this helps.
