Previous owner turned this American telecaster into an esquire. Lacquer was removed, then stained, sanded and polished. Surface is very smooth. I believe he replaced the pickup and wiring with an Alnico V of some kind but it has that telecaster twang in the bridge position and almost a humbucker sound in the neck despite having only one pickup (no feedback AT ALL even with gain dimed). Upgraded to classic style tuners. Canadian maple neck is on the thicker side. Very classic looking aesthetically and plays smoothly. Comes with gigbag
