FULLY FUNCTIONAL, BUT HAVE SMALL OR FAINT "LIGHT OR WHITE SPOTS" ON THE SCREEN. I was only able to see this spot when on a white screen. These spots are generally only visible on white or bright colored screens and not super obvious in most cases unless specifically looking for them.
