This is a fabulous old Decorative Drum from the Siassi (Umboi) Island of Papua New Guinea. The decorative style reveals the influence of the Siassi islands and the North Coast of New Guinea. An elegant arched handle is on the side and another handle with a crest-like decorative section on it and all made from a single piece of wood.
