España 10000 Pesetas, 1985, P-161, UNC

The Spain 10,000 Pesetas Banknote was issued by the Bank of Spain in 1985. It comes in a color combination of purple, green, blue, and brown. Its obverse features King Juan Carlos I and the coat of arms of Spain. The reverse depicts the monastery in San Lorenzo de El Escorial and a handwritten fragment of the Oath of Prince Felipe. The note contains a solid security thread and a registration device in the form of a crowned fleur-de-lys. It also bears a watermark that reveals the profiles of King Juan Carlos I and Prince Felipe.
