Item is tested and working great. Does amazing coffee. The item will be shipped with one brand new coffee reservoir and a second damaged reservoir. The damaged reservoir has a cracked water valve where it attaches to the coffee machine. It leakes so this had to be replaced. But the container without cracks SO if by any chance in the future you crack your water reservoir you can have a replacement in stock.
