It is a 23 card majors deck based on H.R. Giger's airbrush acrylic paintings and includes a novel 'Virus' card in addition to the standard 22 major arcana. This 2018 edition features slightly larger cards than the 2010 edition, with slightly deeper colours with less of a brown tinge and more of a blueish tinge, which I think looks better, and the card backs are slightly darker and more silver in colour, so overall slightly moodier.
