Keys are access code locked but work for OTP,PIV, and FIDO2 only. Keys are brand new but no box since they came in trays of 50 Firmware 5.7.1 and Only supports YUBICO OTP, PIV AND FIDO2 Keys ask for access code when trying to Toggle application on Yubikey authentication.
