Complete vintage asparagus butter dish set by Otagiri of Japan. Features a hand-painted ceramic lid shaped like a bundle of asparagus tied with a red ribbon, sitting on its original matching tray. Glossy glazed finish with charming realistic details. Tray measures approx. 8.5 x 4.5 inches. Lid approx. 7 x 3 inches. Very nice vintage condition. No chips or cracks, some light crazing on the under plate, which is only really visible after wiping.
