This beautiful quality antique French jardiniere or cachepot from the late 1700s to early 1800’s is a stunning piece with a handmade brass body and copper armorial along with copper Lions head handles.Made in France for a grand house, this original jardiniere exudes French style and elegance with bags of country house charm . It measures approximately 8 1/2” tall by 14 1/2” wide with the handles and is in ready to display and use condition.The detailed craftsmanship of the piece makes it a rare and valuable addition to any collection of metalware or antiques. Please remember this is now around two hundred years old and so will have many small marks, dents and scratches etc plus some small splits to the base section, but nothing that affects use -see pictures.
