It provides whole home Wi-Fi coverage and is designed for seamless internet connectivity throughout your living space. Included is 1 LAN adapter to place near your router and 2 WiFi extenders that communicate over your power lines with the LAN unit at up to 1200Mbps. These have been opened but not used. I decided not to use them and have kept them in the original packaging which is how they will arrive.
