The AI Nikkor 105mm f/1.8S is being introduced on Nikon's official site contents, "NIKKOR - The Thousand and One Nights No.59". Designed by Teruyoshi Tsunashima, one of Nikon's greatest lens designers, it was created as part of a comprehensive fast lens renewal program alongside the famous 85mm f/1.4 for the new Nikon F3 system.
