Used headset only. Fully tested on a PS5 and PC for functionality. USB end has a slight bend but is very sturdy. This does not affect functionality at all. There appears to be a small heat shrink over the black end. My guess is the last owner tried to make the cable end more sturdy. Headphones are not included. No other accessories included. Headset is in very good condition. Lenses are in great condition. You will receive the exact item pictured with the serial number shown in photos.
