This fuse is located on the blower housing next to the blower fan. Thermal fuse WP3392519 AP6008325 shuts off the burner in a gas dryer or the motor in an electric dryer when the dryer overheats. That is a common cause for blowing fuses since the heat will buildup until it blows.
