Telémetro forjado único Canon Seiki-Kogaku-Nikkor-QC 50 mm F3,5-Zorki alimentado Leica

Appears to be a crude Soviet copy of an early Canon rangefinder from the Seiki Kogaku era. Lens claims to be a Nikkor-QC 50mm f3.5 but is really likely an industar lens. Also then there is the fact that this is the only Soviet Japanese copy that I know of- why would they make only one?.
