Original box and bag may or may not be included. We usually have multiple items of the same item. We just grab one out of the correct inventory box. If you have any questions, please ask. ***PLEASE REMEMBER YOU WILL NEED TO ADD YOUR OWN LENSES** Glasses with patterns such as the swirl, floral and tortoise may slightly vary. We use one photo of each color no matter the size. So if you see a difference size printed on the arm it was because it was just that particular frame we used for the photo. Glasses if shipped with lenses (only for the purpose of keeping the frames from flexing, may or may not have defects). This doesn't matter since you can't use the original lenses and must be switched out with your own prescription lenses.
