this is a brand new build. all portions of this part of the set are complete and pictured - except the decals / stickers. i believe 3 are required for the flat screen TV’s, one for the gold trophy podium and one for the white flag. that’s about it. all other physical pieces / bricks in this portion are 100% complete (5 of the remaining mini black tools are in the mechanic drawers)
