Comes with the original box. Please see photos. One of the rubber pads has come off but could easily be reattached with some super glue. I've not done this repair for complete transparency and reduced price accordingly. The shoe came in it's original packaging and looks unused, my suspicion is that the original adhesive has perished due to age.
