Due to this cable is unbalanced design, so no matter the ouput signal is BAL or Unbal, you will only get Unbal signal at XLR end. Unbalanced signal is more powerful when connected to speakers. Due to mismatch impedance issue, the XLR input device won't receive clear signal.
