Produced in highly limited quantities, the 52' Korina spec presents a beautiful, balanced and resonant body with which to produce that authentic 50's tone (most 52' Re-issues are made using Ash Bodies) and is considered a jewel in the crown of tonewoods by most luthiers because, while it is very difficult to work with, it produces the'golden era' sound that was a favourite of manufacturers during the 50's.
