Sigma Zoom ll 18-35mm f/3.5-4.2 with caps and lens hood. The glass has no fungus but it does have very light haze. I could almost not mention it but, full disclosure and all that. I am confident the lens will perform fine. The zoom barrel turns smoothly. The focus barrel turns smoothly. The aperture ring turns smoothly and the lens stops down correctly. The lens is clean cosmetically showing little if any wear.
