9ct Gold Vintage Syn Pink & White Spinel Full Eternity Ring Hallmarked 1969: 3.7 Grams Size O The outer of the ring is yellow gold and the settings white gold. The spinels are dark pink and white. The band is 5mm wide and all the settings are safe and secure and the whole ring is in excellent condition. The hallmark has the 375 for 9ct Gold, the anchor for Birmingham and the date letter U for 1969. Size O in the UK is equivalent to just over size 7 in the US.
