I used this Amazon Fire stick for years, and worked perfectly. All buttons on remote work as well. I purchased a smart TV, and have no use for it anymore. It does come with all the original accessories Remote, USB cord, USB plug in block, HDMI extension adapter, and Amazon Fire Stick.
