As-is, and I have no idea why, but even after factory resetting it, the thing still assumes the mic is muted. I’ve tried everything from switching the switch, using different outlets, resetting it and reinstalling it via the app, but nothing seems to work. Have fun w it, as I’d rather not see it go into a landfill, plus it helps pay off student loans. It’s been factory reset before listing too.
