I got this Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter from a neighbor who was moving. I am selling it as is for repair or parts as we know nothing a out it. I put a battery in it and the power light flashes when turned on. The needle moves to read cal when the button is pushed. The meter did not turn off when I pushed the on button but shut off by itself in a minute or so. The on button plastic has cracking in the middle. I tried laying it on a wet rag and it didn't move. The clear screen is readable but could use a polishing as it is dull. Anyway you are buying it to repair or parts as I do not know if it works. Shipping without the 9v battery. Thanks.
