For those who find the original mouthpiece uncomfortable, this mouthpiece is a great option for your Yamaha YDS-150 or 120 saxophones. Note: This is not an official Yamaha mouthpiece. My partner had complained about the playing angle of the saxophone hurting her neck, and being an engineer I decided to fix that.
