What you see is what you will receive. Not working and not sure why. I don’t clean, wind, test, etc. I sell it how I receive it. Sorry I don’t know much about these and I don’t want to damage them in anyway. Selling as-is for parts or repair. Needs cleaned and polished. Comes with scuffs, scratches and surface wear.
