This is Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for the Nintendo Wii U. This item is used but is in good condition. The case has some wear to it and the manual isn't the cleanest. The game disc itself is in very good condition. I popped it into my Wii U (Sold separately, see that page) and it worked with no problems. After I synced the gamepad to the console I was able to use the gamepad with the game and it showed a menu on the screen too.
