This item is still new never used, I'm the original owner of this game, I got this game for a birthday and I ripped the plastic off the game and put it to the side because I got an even better game, thus game has sat on my shelf ever since, the reg card does have some yellowing. I took up close photos of cart to show it has zero scratches from being pur into a system. This item will be packaged with bubble wrap and put in a box to ensure safe shipping.
