Has never been taken out of the box and includes everything that it came with from the manufacturer. The exterior Cardboard Boxes handles have a bit of damage, but have been taped to allow one to still use them to carry the printer in the box. I am also including a cord to allow one to connect their computer if not wanting to use the wireless printing for whatever reason, it is a standard USB to Printer cord (USB-A to USB-B) Unit itself is in brand new condition having never been used and having sat in my closet since its original purchase.
