Saints Row 4 for the PS3 Game will come with the original box and/or manual if pictured, otherwise it will come in a generic green or black dvd case. All games have been tested and are working. I will also test games once more before shipping out. That said, there might be some surface scratches on discs, but nothing more than cosmetic damage. You will receive the item pictured.
