Complete stihl 028wb for parts or repair. Have not checked it out much but removed starter to turn engine over. compression feels good (been working on Stihl saws for 30 years if that means anything). Most likely will just need a starter repair, fuel lines and carb kit to run. Listing as complete machine for now until I have time to part it out
