The speaker has a small dent that is barely noticeable, and the stand has a few minor scuff marks that are also barely noticeable. Overall, I believe it’s in good condition. The unit has been disassembled and the battery replaced; any sticky residue has been removed with a specialized cleaner, and there are no issues with sound output.
