It's essentially a SATA power cable (with four 15-pin connectors to power SSDs, HDDs, etc.) and is not included in the pictures above. These power supplies are fine if the discrete graphics card will draw all of it's power from the PCIe slot (like many of the GTX 1050 Ti models, etc.).
