These bearings are used on the Freeway/Classic/Classic Legend Powakaddy upper bag stay that has fixed arms. It is not used on the newer upper bag stay that has moving end pieces. Suitable for the Classic Handle Tube or Freeway Middle Central Tube - SEE NOTE BELOW.
