Both fans is rotating but I don't know if is fully working, STRICTLY FOR PART OR REPAIR. Is small damage on the plastic case, doesn't affect, check pictures, apart of this is in good condition, STRICTLY FOR PART OR REPAIR, NO RETURN,u must assume if doesn't work ,for part or repair
