These are used in good shape. There is a bit of cosmetic wear on the earbuds and the case, but there is ZERO dirt, grime, or nastiness ANYWHERE on these, not on the earbuds nor in the case. I am an extremely clean person, and I would take off and wash the rubber tips with soap and water after every single time I wore these, then I would wipe down the “body” with a wet soapy cloth. As far as I’m concerned these are brand new, but as far as wear and tear is defined they are used
