Has a fresh factory reset of Windows 10 Pro. Not sure what happened to this one but the outer corner of lid has a chunk of plastic missing. It does not seem to effect the screen performance in any way. Back plastic by battery release also has a chunk missing, does not effect the battery latch in any way. Other than that you have general wear, light scratching, things to be expected of a laptop this age. Would be a good laptop that you don't have to worry about too much,for kids or jobsite etc. Does not come with a charger.
