fully tested and working. Has SD card in it. Has charger plug, 2 waterproof cases, battery, charging lead and several stands. Has remote but I have only tested the remote to charge and turn on. Also has remote charging lead. The camera has some small spots of what looks like glue on its screen. please view the last pictures before buying.
