Selling my Alienware laptop due to switching to a desktop PC. The laptop has an issue where it sometimes gets stuck on the Windows loading screen. It works again after a reset. This issue does not affect gaming — all games run fine with no issues or FPS drops. I recently upgraded the RAM from 16GB to 32GB. The laptop had the same issue before the upgrade, so the RAM is not the cause.
