Here I am selling a wonderful 18th to early 19th century hand forged iron beam spike. Likely PA in origin, it has a wonderful folky bird shape decorating the top. Has a nice beam spike to drive it into a beam and a hook at the bottom for hanging a lantern or Betty lamp. It measures 4 inches across the bird by 5 inches total long in the spike. It is in excellent condition with an honest patina. A really folky and primitive piece of early American iron. Buyer pays shipping.
