In excellent working condiion - all the notes play. It has an up-to-date plug attached to the original adapter. The Organetta has been kept in its box since the 50's in a cool, dry place. The box is very much worse for wear, the original card of music is torn (see photos), and one note is slightly chipped underneath where it can't be seen (see photo), but the organetta itself is in really good condition.
