This puzzle while listed as new is in an opened box. The puzzle has never been assembled as evidenced by the little squares still in the interlocking pieces. I counted the pieces and counted well over 1000, but my wife read the instructions, and the pieces with red lines need to be discarded. I am confident that the parts are all there however. The pieces are made of 1/4 inch thick foam with a layer of thick paper or cardboard on which the puzzle is printed. Please see photos as they are part of the description. The puzzle will be shipped securely packaged on the day payment is received if possible and the next day if not. Thank you for looking.
