This set according to the box has 240 pieces. I counted 250+ put the castle together… it’s missing one of the torches that goes on either side of the gate. Also the “shield” included is different than the one on the outside of the box. After assembling castle I had 10 extra pieces… could have been more or less since the instructions aren’t the most clear!! 😆 No figures included. Comes with instructions.
