I bought this unit new on Ebay last year. It was not functional out of the box. However, the unit was under warranty and i returned it to Ubiquity factory service in Draper Utah. It took them a long time to repair the unit due to a chip shortage. It was finally repaired and returned to me. In the interim, I purchased a nother GBE and now don't need this one
