My loss is your gain! Everything was working fine, but now she's just running really slow. I did a fresh install of windows, repasted the CPU and GPU under the hood, tried a fresh nvme drive and windows just chugs along, very slow. basic operation is slow, and I can't figure out why. I don't have the time to sit around and troubleshoot, but she does post just fine, and if you have windows on an nvme drive it will boot into it just fine, or flash drive, it will install. (slowly) Bios to my knowledge is up to date. For what its worth, bios is actually pretty snappy. (Although basic) I have not replaced the memory. The sale is final, you're buying with the intent to hopefully fix it, but I want to make it clear that the sale is "as is".
