The garland consists of petite orange flowers with green leaves and green leaf scrolls on blank #125. This pattern is identified as Schleiger #1083. Theodore left to establish his own firm in 1892 and was joined by his son, William, in 1903.

This also has the green & pink decorator's mark #8 which was used 1906-1932. This dates the item to 1906-1932. The green leaves in the upper garland have gold grapes. The solid gold trim on the fancy handle is very rich looking while the lower garland has smaller gold leaves and gold grapes.
