Beautiful set of 5 antique French oyster plates by Haviland & Co. Limoges, dating from the late 19th century (c.1880s–1890s). Each plate features a classic 5-well design with delicate hand-painted floral sprays in blue and purple on white porcelain. Backstamped “H & Co. L France” and “Haviland & Co. Limoges.” Condition: Very good antique condition with minor wear consistent with age. No cracks, chips, or repairs noted. One plate has a small kiln flaw (firing imperfection), original to the manufacturing process. Dimensions: approx. 8.5” diameter A wonderful addition for collectors of oyster plates, Limoges porcelain, or fine French tableware.
